How to file a DMCA notice
Send a written notice that contains the following information:

- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Response time
We process all valid DMCA notices within 72 hours of receipt. Once verified, the infringing content is removed from the site and the post URL returns a 410 Gone status. We keep a record of all notices for audit purposes.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing your contact information, the URL of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification. Send counter-notifications to the same email address.
Repeat infringer policy
It is the policy of Repack-Games.Net to terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
