DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

Repack-Games.Net respects the intellectual property of others. If you are a copyright holder and believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

How to file a DMCA notice

Send a written notice that contains the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Include the game title, publisher name, and registration details if applicable.
  2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and the URL on this site where it appears (e.g., https://repack-games.net/example-game/).
  3. Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Response time

We process all valid DMCA notices within 72 hours of receipt. Once verified, the infringing content is removed from the site and the post URL returns a 410 Gone status. We keep a record of all notices for audit purposes.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing your contact information, the URL of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification. Send counter-notifications to the same email address.

Repeat infringer policy

It is the policy of Repack-Games.Net to terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
